Celebrating Our Facilitators on Teacher’s Day |

On September 28, we celebrated Teacher’s Day with the Asia Instructor Reward Project, an occasion to recognize and honor the outstanding efforts of our facilitators who have significantly contributed to the development of our people in FY24. This special event aimed to acknowledge those who not only met but exceeded certain training hours and evaluation scores, demonstrating their dedication to continuous learning and people development. The recognition ceremony was held across various Asia locations, allowing us to express our gratitude for the facilitators’ incredible contributions.
Recognizing Our Award Recipients
This year’s awards went to facilitators from diverse backgrounds, ranging from frontline roles to supporting positions. Despite their varied functions, these instructors share a common philosophy: a commitment to continuous learning and development. Collectively, they have made a profound impact by training 4,793 headcounts, facilitating 49 courses, and contributing 966 facilitation hours across 62 instructors.
The facilitators recognized in the Instructor Reward Project come from all corners of the organization. Whether they work on the frontline or behind the scenes, these individuals have demonstrated exceptional skill in adult learning. Many of them have completed the official Facilitation Certification Program or trained under Observing Master Trainers, acquiring the knowledge and tools necessary to lead effective training sessions.
These facilitators have not only delivered training but have also continuously sought feedback from learners to refine and improve their approach, ensuring that the content delivered remains relevant and impactful. Their enthusiasm and dedication have allowed them to consistently exceed expectations, providing invaluable growth opportunities for our team members.
The Significance of the Award
At the heart of this initiative is our Leaders as Teachers philosophy, which encourages leadership at every level of the organization. By empowering employees to take on the role of facilitators, we help foster a culture of growth, mentorship, and shared knowledge. The Instructor Reward Project serves as a small token of our appreciation for the incredible efforts these individuals put into supporting our people development efforts.
