Hello, Team!
I'm very pleased to connect with you in the first issue of APAC Pulse in 2024.
Reading through the stories of all the recognition received for excellence in business and achievements in terms of ESG & DEI, it thrills me that we have so much to celebrate in the year that just passed. Other than the numerous suppliers’ awards received by Avnet offices and personnels across APAC, we bagged 15 human resources awards and external recognition in China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan.
Some numbers also occurs to me: In 2023, 22 ESG activities were organized across Asia and 1,295 employees participated to make a positive impact on our community.
It makes me feel very warm, and proud to be around you all.
Let us keep the momentum.

On October 30, 2023, employees of Avnet Singapore were encouraged to relax at work – in the hands of the highly skilled masseurs of the Mobile Massage Team, from the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH).

Sally Lu, Director, Avnet Taiwan, has been with Avnet for nearly two decades. She joined as an account manager in 2005, and today she manages a team that spans Taiwan, South China and East China.
