TE Honors Us four Times Over |

TE Connectivity reaps honors upon Avnet Asia in their respective annual awards.
We received no less than four awards from TE Connectivity, an American technology company, headquartered in Switzerland, that designs and manufactures connectors and sensors for a wide range of industries from automotive and aerospace to data communication systems and defense.
For our successful efforts in enhancing the customer experience and implementing customer-centric practices, we were conferred the “2023 Excellence Partner Award”. In particular, we were applauded for consistently demonstrating excellence in regional engagement, collaboration and shared goals.

In addition, we bagged the “2023 Demand Creation Award” for our innovative demand creation strategies, effective product marketing, and resoundingly successful teamwork. The net result of these efforts was a 10.9% business growth for industrial devices and a 71% increase in sales pipeline conversion.

To top it all off, we were honored with the twin titles of “Distributor of the Year 2023” in Data and Devices (DND), and also in Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M).
We earned the first of these honors by clocking up POP billings of USD38.2 million for FY23, and a strong pipeline conversion of USD28.5 million over the next two years, in the important DND sector of TE Connectivity’s business. We also significantly invested in inventory, new product introductions and strategic initiatives to grow the business further.

In the AD&M business, we took the top title for effective product marketing, deep branch-level engagement and teamwork, and joint presentations that generated incremental demand.

Reflecting on a Glorious Year
KS Lim, VP Supplier Management, Avnet Asia, reflected on the swag of awards.
“These awards not only affirm our winning partnerships with TE Connectivity, but also confirm the importance of Asia on the global technology map. TE clearly values their business in the region, and we certainly value their presence,” said KS.
