5G Wireless Communication

The F0424 flexible 600-4200 MHz RF amplifier delivers high linearity and Zero-Distortion™ broadband performance for Rx and Tx applications. The combination of low noise and high linearity allows transceiver solutions in repeaters, point-to-point radios, DAS and public safety applications. Available in a 2 x 2 mm package, it’s I/O matched to 50Ω for ease of integration.
