使用VersaClock 3S 元件則無需採用多個分離式計時元件，進而能夠在節省板材空間的同時提供創新的節能效益。 VersaClock 3S 元件提供低功率和低抖動可擴展能力，滿足包括 PCI Express® Gen 1/2/3 在內各種廣為採用的標準要求，非常適合消費類性、工業、電腦以及汽車類應用。

VersaClock 3S 元件提供三種單端 LVCMOS 輸出和兩個差分輸出，可支援LVPECL、LVDS、LP-HCSL以及單端LVCMOS。 VersaClock 3S 提供的低功耗 32.768 KHz 時脈輸出，其電流消耗不足 5 μA，可用作系統 RTC 參考時鐘。該輸出可由鈕扣電池供電，使其理想適用於電池供電的應用。
