STMicroelectronics Camera based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are used to help the driver in the complex process of controlling the vehicle.Characterized by the use of video sensors to analyze the envinment around the car and to "look" also inside the car for minotoring the driver.
Avnet designed camera based ADAS with STM core chip STV0991 plus 1.3 megapixel high dynamic range image sensor VG6640.

• High dynamic range (HDR) pixel architecture, up to 132 dB dynamic range
• 45 frames per second at full resolution, 60 frames per second at 720p resolution
• Synchronization for multiple cameras

• Multi-camera surround view and sense park assist systems capture and display onscreen the area surrounding
the car from a virtual 3D view.
